Smallrock Capital is the private investment arm of Smallrock Inc., a single family office headquartered in Markham, Ontario, Canada.

Our portfolio spans multiple investment structures (private equity funds, co-investments and direct investments) across varied industries and geographies, with a primary focus in the North American middle market.
